Aim of our Software
The aim of our software is to improve the competitive situation of your enterprise in a major way.
This is approached by building an optimal and transparent copy of all the transactions and tasks of your enterprise and by giving a permanent overview of the arising costs and by protocoling all relevant communication processes with your customers, suppliers and associates.
All your processes and products will become much more transparent and customer oriented by this software. Based on the special formula based variant capability and the also formula based characteristics you may keep the overview on your production prices and costs even when having a wide variety of products.
Our software uses the concept of Erich Gutenberg who invented the dividing of the element factors and split production factors into
- Work
(Wage-Cost per time)
is done by the employees
- Manufacturing Equipment
(Machine-Cost per time)
Inventory, machinery, production equipment
is not physically going into the finished product
but is used for the perpetuation of the production
- Materials
(Material-Cost per unit of measurement)
finished products, material, raw material, auxiliary suppliers and consumables as well as assembly parts
are going physically into the product
All prices and costs are consequently displayed as currency per unit. The units may be defined completely freely by our software and can be even converted to each other by linear functions (y = m*x + b). This builds the basic for our formula system in which you can calculate all prices in our system based on the variants and freely definable variables in the different price lists and the characteristics of the articles.
Also our formula system enables you to define even flexible part lists which may be resolved differently depending on the values of the variants. Nevertheless those part lists have to be entered only once in the system b/c they will be interpretated at the time when the new order is entered into the system.
All material and manufacturing resources may be defined in the master data as
- Buying-Articles
For those articles a purchase-order may be triggered at the disposition at one of the predefined suppliers.
- Selling-Articles
Those articles may be offered to customers and used in selling-orders.
- Production-Articles
These articles can be produced in the own company and may be used in production orders.
Every article will be assigned to an article class. In the article class there will be defined the characteristics and the selling units of all articles inside this class. This is then the basic for determining the selling prices in currency per selling unit.
All characteristics may be freely defined with respect to data type and units. For the characteristics the following data types are available:

Additionally the characteristics are divided in
- Internal Characteristics (technical data)
concrete characteristics which are distinctly assigned to one product
for instance power consumption or weight
- External Characteristics (variants)
characteristics which may adopt one value out of a pre-defined value range
for instance color of the paint
Those are variants which may be determined in the moment of the sale of the articles and may be entered into the order.
Contacts / (CRM)
The integrated contact management is aimed to protocol all the communication with the customer and the suppliers so those may be also used in case of a certifying to ISO 9000. Also this anticipates the loss of information inside the company b/c every agreement with the customer depending to the order is present all during the production process.
Reports
Within the reporting - like in the up to date accumulated calculations - all data will be aggregated in a way that the responsible employee in charge will have a quick overview about the complete cost situation. In the same reports it is also possible to zoom into each single position and go to a stepwise refinement of all costs and underlying costs even down to the last step of work or the last raw material which went into the product.
Data Entry
All data entry is kept as easy and as error recognizing as possible. Therefore nearly all references to articles and employees may be entered by barcode or also by RFID. This will minimize on one hand wrong entries of data and on the other hand it speeds up the entry so the effort of getting data is not higher than the worth of the entered data which keeps the data entry economic.
All captured data will be selected by assumption of their applicability within analyzes. It is very important for us not to collect data "like crazy" just of the collections will, but we only select those data which will build the base for economical conclusions which will be prepared for management decisions.
